The Process

A structured approach ensures that engaging, high-quality eLearning courses are created while enabling seamless collaboration between myself and you, the subject matter expert. This process brings clarity and consistency to every stage of the process.

Once a project request is initiated, I work closely with you, conducting regular check-ins to guide us through each phase. This process was utilized in the creation of all the eLearning courses showcased below.

Step 1: Plan

Analyse & Scope | Define learning objectives, goals, and learner needs to establish a strong foundation for the course.

Step 2: Design

Conceptualise & Structure | Develop a course framework that ensures logical flow and effective learning experiences.

Step 3: Develop

Create & Build | Develop the course content, incorporating feedback and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and engagement.

Step 4: Deliver

Implement & Evaluate | Seek final approvals, launch the course for learners, and analyse user data to identify improvements. Feedback is recorded for future updates.
