This eLearning suite is designed for all roles at a burger chain within the hospitality industry, from kitchen crew members to head office managers. Structured as a Ninja Academy, it provides a clear progression path where employees advance through belt levels by completing training and assessments.

• Belt Progression System: Employees start with foundational training and move up by completing eLearning modules on the app, followed by hands-on practical assessments (e.g., working the grill).

• Higher-Level Assignments: At advanced belt levels, employees complete and upload assignments that showcase their leadership and operational skills.

• Quick Trainings & LTOs: The suite also includes rapid training for limited-time offers (LTOs) and product launches, ensuring teams stay up to date with the latest menu innovations.
